Working principle
The linear screen utilizes two vibration motors as the excitation sources. These two motors rotate in opposite directions synchronously, and the excitation forces they generate cancel each other out in the horizontal direction while adding up in the vertical direction. This forces the screen box to drive the screen mesh to move in a straight line. After the materials enter the screen machine, under the action of the linear reciprocating motion, they jump forward. Materials smaller than the sieve holes pass through the screen mesh and fall down, achieving classification. While larger particles are discharged from the discharge port.
