Product description
The straight-through vibrating screen is an efficient screening device with a compact structure and small floor space. It is suitable for fine screening and impurity removal of powder or granular materials such as flour, starch, laundry powder, coatings, and resins. It can quickly achieve material screening processing and has the advantages of high screening efficiency, convenient mesh changing, and low noise. It is widely used in production lines of industries such as food, chemical, and pharmaceutical.
Working principle
The working principle of the straight-through screen is based on the combined vibration generated by the dual-motor drive to achieve material screening. The two motors are symmetrically installed on both sides of the screen body and rotate synchronously in opposite directions. The eccentric blocks at the ends of their shafts generate combined excitation forces in horizontal, vertical and inclined directions during rotation, causing the screen body to form a stable three-dimensional vibration trajectory.
After entering the sieve surface through the feed port, the materials are rapidly dispersed under the combined vibration effect and move along a specific path towards the end of the sieve surface. During this process, the materials that meet the particle size requirements fall through the sieve mesh holes and exit through the lower discharge port. Meanwhile, the impurities or oversized particles continue to move towards the end of the sieve surface under the vibration thrust and are eventually discharged through the slag discharge port, thus efficiently completing the classification, impurity removal or screening operations of the materials.

The vibration parameters can be adjusted more flexibly. By adjusting the angle of the eccentric block, the weight or the motor speed, the vibration intensity, frequency and trajectory can be precisely controlled, meeting the requirements of different material screening needs.
The screening adaptability is stronger. The compound vibration trajectory makes the material dispersion more uniform, reducing the clogging of the screen mesh. It is suitable for high-viscosity and easily-agglomerated difficult-to-sift materials.
The vibration stability is higher. The symmetrical layout of the dual motors provides balanced excitation force, reducing the risk of resonance, reducing the wear and noise of the machine body, and extending the equipment lifespan.
The processing capacity can be flexibly adjusted. It can adapt to the material processing capacity requirements of different production lines, and has a wider application range.
